Account & Data Deletion

At AllEase (developed by Prabhu), we respect your right to privacy and data control. This page outlines how you can request the deletion of your account and personal data, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

In-App Deletion

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly within the AllEase app. This guarantees your identity is authenticated.

  1. Open the AllEase App on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab on the bottom menu.
  3. Click on Edit Profile section.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete.
  5. Enter DELETE in all-caps and click on Delete My Account.

External Deletion Request (Email)

If you no longer have access to the app, or have lost your phone, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team.

Required details: Please include the phone number registered with your account. We may send a verification SMS to confirm your identity before proceeding with the data wipe.

Data Wiped Permanently

  • User Profile & Authentication tokens
  • Registered Phone Number
  • Saved Delivery Addresses
  • Active Cart Sessions & Wishlist
  • Push Notification Tokens

Data Retained Legally

Under Indian statutory compliance, tax laws, and anti-fraud regulations, the following data is retained for a statutory period even after account deletion:

  • Past Order Invoices & Receipts
  • Financial Transaction IDs (Razorpay)
  • Settlement Logs
